During our Members Meeting 2023, 11 members presented their advocacy initiatives where they shared their goals, projects and accomplishments. With an overwhelming number of votes, the best initiative was for Athena.Women Against Cancer. Read more about their initiatives below:
Athena.Women Against Cancer is a non-governmental organization established in 2017 to advocate for the rights of cancer patients and that unites cancer patients from all over Ukraine.
Their mission is equal access to treatment for all cancer patients in Ukraine.

Live broadcasts of ‘’AthenaLIVE” an educational platform both for patients and doctors.
Since October 2022
Hotline for patients with cancer Patient Has Right: patients with cancer can call the hotline to get answers to their questions about treatment and state-guaranteed medical services.

NGS-testing for Ukrainian patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
